I know he meant that quite literally, but time is a concept I haven't exactly forgotten like everyone else has. It still feels like seconds are ticking by. To me, in my head, it reminds me of rain drops hitting a roof during a quiet evening storm.
Tick tock. Plip plop.
The others don't feel it, either. At least, I don't think they do. It's probably not something they think about.. I can see them always, laughing, crying, getting angry, asking questions... they're so active and so carefree - to me, it feels like time doesn't bother them at all.
